The 23-year-old Massachusetts woman – identified in court as Jane Doe – cannot remember anything about being chased down a dirt path in Trabuco Canyon in June 2004, or about being attacked amid scrub brush and cacti. She agreed to have her picture taken but did not want her name published.

She told Orange County Superior Court Judge David A. Hoffer that because of her ordeal, she is no longer confident in life and is still recovering from her injuries.

And then she sat back in the courtroom gallery, where she was comforted by her mother, as Hoffer sentenced Raul Salvador Marin, 33, to 46-years-to-life in prison.

I know what you are trying to say and I agree with you. There are many illegals, especially Mexicans, who say they are here for a better life but act like pure trash while they are here, raping and molesting women and kids. You are right.
