Deep Cleanser Normal
I need help with my skin--BREAKOUTS?
Ok my skin is soo weird its fine in the winter months and once summer comes around it gets really oily and my forhead starts to break out and then it gets worse durring the time of the month. At this point I am wqilling to do just about anything for clearer skin.
I wash my face twice a day [with Ivory]
Exfoiliate once a day [in the morning]
Don't moisturize in summer [Causes skin to become more oily]
It's too much for me to bear. I'm pretty [not tooting my own horn] and these breakouts are upsetting me what do you guys recommend because I went to Walgreens and picked up Neutrogena Deep Clean Facial Cleanser [Normal to Oily Skin]

Between washing and exfoliating, it sounds like you are washing your face three times a day, if so, this is too often, you could actually be producing more oil in your pores. Also I wouldn't recommend using Ivory on your face, try switching to a facial bar like Neutrogena. If you do get pimples (everyone does sooner or later), use hand sanitizer (such as Purel), rub it all over your face (avoid eyes, nose, and mouth), and let it dry for about a minute, then apply a facial cream with aloe in it, over top of it. You can do this even when you don't have pimples to prevent them from forming. Best thing I ever did for my face!
