ello. I was wondering if any of you had tips on makeup for me, I have a birthmark on my face, rather large and I always have to cake makeup on. the usual for me is applying dermablend, LOTS of it, and it STILL doesn't cover it fully. then I cake on compact powder foundation until it's all covered up. I'm a creamy natural color...could any of you please help me with covering my birthmark easier with less makeup? brands of GOOD concealing makeup? powders, foundation, bronzers, etc. just gimme all you got!
OH! and I don't really have cheek bones and I want bronzed cheeks, or I just sort of want them to pop out, in a good way. can you help me out with that also?
thanks a lot!
mac makes a concealer intended for birth marks, tattoos, and scars. go to a mac store and ask about it
I sometimes have some dry patches, but lately i been using oil of olay complete cream, it is doing a good job, was mainly on my forehead.
Anyway, i been having trouble trying to find the perfect foundation for my skin, i suffer with red cheeks, and sometimes they go really red when i am nervous, not rosacea (sp) just red cheeks, my left is alot worse. I tried green concealer but it does not tend to cover them more than 50%, i tried dermablend but honestly it made my face dry, cakey and to much. I am currently using maxfactor compact liquid illusion, in a cmpact you apply with a sponge, it is pretty good, but yet again not no more than say 60% coverage?
I just want my whole face to be one color, so i can wear my hair up, and look pretty.
I live in a large town in the uk, have access to a boots, and obviousley the internet, Any suggestions?
I definitely would recommend looking here for drugstore brand foundations http://www.audreydao.com/category/drug-store-brand/ds-foundation/ and here for higher end brand foundations http://www.audreydao.com/category/high-end-brand/he-foundation/ Prices are listed so you can get an idea of how much it would cost instore or online.
Whenever I want to choose any new make-up, I always check out Audrey's reviews because she gives lots of info about the product and her own personal review from her experience using it. Usually if Audrey gives it a positive, you know it will be a good buy. I've followed her advice and suggestions before, and it definitely always works out. By the way, if you want to try out a product that isn't reviewed yet, you can leave a comment on her "Contact Me" page and she will review that product for you!
