and please dont say its just horomones and itll go away in time, because even if thats true this acne has been controlling my life!!!
i never feel confident anymore, i never feel like going out because of my skin. putting on makeup just makes me feel uglier because you can still see the pimples underneath the foundation. i just hate it soo much. its been almost a year since i had clear skin.
i use the Clean Start line by dermalogica and its not working as well as id hoped! i need some new products to try. i have oily skin btw
i also need other ideas. like should i do a chemical peel, or a laser to get rid of it? or are there any pills to take? please im willing to go to the extremes my acne is pretty bad!! it just hurts so much because it seems like all of my friends have nice skin except me. ive never felt so insecure
Also, if i see a dermatoligist, how would they help? like, would they give me pills to take, or give me a new spot treatment?
It is hormones and you can control our acne by going on birth control for acne. Yaz is one of the best and really gets rid of acne. When I was a teen(I am now 21) I had pretty bad acne and went to the dermatologist.. I was prescribed a creme and pill but it was like 100$ a month and just irritated my skin.
I know u didn't want to hear it was hormones.. But it is and thats probably the only way you can control it. Hope I helped.
