please helppppp.
does anyone know a facial cleanser that actually gets rid of acne/pimples without going to teh dermo.

i have oily and dry, combination skin, i have a bunch of little pimples on my forhead and around my nose area, its rly shiny, and i breakout alot, can soemone please help me! i hate this.
