A good body scrub you can make?
I've heard of some good body scrubs to exfoliate with that you can make with ingredients around the house. Does anyone know any ways to do this?
extra virgin olive oil and sugar at about a 1 to 1 ratio is a really good at home remedy
to make a solid scrub and if you are a bit more ambitious, use a silicone ice cube tray, mix 4 parts sugar to 1 part baking soda with just enough olive oil to give it the texture of wet sand. pack it tightly into the silicone ice cube tray and wait 2-3 days for it to dry into solid cubed scrubs. you can also add essential oils to make them smell nice.
