Exfoliating scrub Lathering
Exfoliating scrub Lathering
Freeman's beauty products, St. Ives ...?

1. Freeman's beautiful face > avocado & oatmeal purifying
clay masque
2. Freeman's Sheer moisture > raspberry, almond & kiwi lathering facial scrub

a) Is using these products and others in the same brand (Freeman's) as good as getting your own home natural ingredients, crushing them and applying them onto your skin?
b) Which is better, buying the above or preparing my own oatmeal facial from my kitchen?

3. Is St. Ives mineral clay "firming masque" good for young skin in their 20's? Or is it for more senior women?

4. The above brands are very much cheaper than say Lancome, estee lauder, and Dermalogica. But is using them as good as these branded cosmetics products? I mean the results.

5. Will it spoil your skin to exfoliate the neck area?

I do not like St Ives and see no results at all after using it.
I think it's better to buy something really good, since you are spending money anyway.
Using natural ingredients are good for relaxation, but it won;t give you lasting results. Masks and creams which are processed have thousands times the amount of ingredients per unit than natural things. They can't compete. If you want to see real results, you should use processed masks and creams, and put vitamins and other things inside of you, by eating them!
There are a selection of really good masks which are cheap, and I like them, try here:

Is this a good way to exfoliate?

After I shave my legs (twice) I use a brush that is usually meant as a a nail brush (Like cleanign naisl with soap and water before starting a manicure/pedicure) and I lather it with a pumice type body wash and then scrub ym skin till it's raw. When I'm done ym skin is SO smooth it's unbelievable.

Is that exfoliating? And is it OK to keep on going like this?

apply lemon juice and honey
