What to make with tofu?? Basic Ideas...?


I'm kinda new at this whole eating vegetarian thing, so i'm learning. I bought a package of fried tofu, pressed and sealed...The exp date is 11/15 so I need to use it quick. Anyway I'm looking for something very basic I can make with it. I have a lot of basic ingredients in my house, just not like peanut sauce, and all that other good stuff I keep finding recipies for. What is the most basic thing I can make with it? I've eaten it before, but always at restaurants or someone else made it. If anyone has any ideas, or websites with easy to make foods... would be great thank you! :) (I'll be going to the store this weekend to get all the other vegetarian goodies) Just need something basic for now..thanks again!
