Face Care Cleanser
I have these spots all over my face. They weren't there before I used a particular cleanser.?
I have this dove face cleanser that I just used the other day and all of a sudden I've noticed that my face has all these, what looks like acne scars, spots all over. I have problems with moderate acne and rocesa and I have used Proactive and all it did was make my face really dry. I would like to have something that I could use that would take care of the acne and the rocesa. My skin has also become very sensitive since I have gotten older and it seems like the things I'm using are only irrating it more. Any suggestions or helpful tips.

If they are here is how to get rid of them
STEP 1: Steam your face. Steaming your face will open your pores and unplug them. Simply fill a basin with extra warm water. Make sure the water is not scalding hot. Hold your face over the basin for 1 to 3 minutes.
STEP 2: Grab a washcloth and drench it in lemon and pineapple juice. Place the washcloth firmly on your face for one minute. Then rinse your skin with warm water. Lemon and pineapple juice contain natural enzymes that tighten and firm the face and purify and brighten the skin. Lemon particularly has the ability to cleanse and shrink the appearance of pores. You can purchase lemon juice and pineapple juice from your local grocer.
STEP 3: Apply ice cubes to your face. Place the ice cubes gently along your pores for 15 to 30 seconds. This will have a tightening effect on your skin.
STEP 4: Eat more citrus fruits. Oranges produce firmer skin and rebuild collagen, which may contribute to increasing the elasticity of your skin and reducing your pore walls. Tangerines also have this effect.
STEP 5: Use tomatoes. Spreading tomatoes on your face can help get rid of large pores.
here is a way to get rid of acne
STEP 1: Wash acne-prone areas daily using an anti-bacterial soap with a salicylic acid-based cleanser and SD alcohol 40.
STEP 2: Gently use a loofah and exfoliating scrub while you’re in the shower to get rid of dead skin cells. Do not scrub the area roughly, which will only increase irritation and inflammation.
STEP 3: Wash acne-prone areas immediately after heavy perspiration. Take a shower as soon as you can after you’re done exercising or sweating heavily on a hot day.
STEP 4: Keep your facial and body skin clean every day and be careful not to trigger acne or rashes by wearing very tight clothing or heavy backpacks.
STEP 5: Wear breathable fabrics, like cotton, in order to induce evaporation of sweat.
STEP 6: Use a body cleanser specifically for fighting acne. Something that washes out the debris in your pores to help keep them clean.
STEP 7: Avoid using heavy creams and lotions on affected areas.
STEP 8: Keep bed linens clean, especially pillow cases.
STEP 9: Use a clay based mask once/twice a week, following a shower - when it will be most effective. Masks with added ingredients such as tea tree oil are also helpful (facial types are ok but it may be cheaper to buy one specifically for the body).

The Benefits of a Regular Face Care Routine
We all want clear and fresh skin but don't always put in the required effort to get it. An effective and regular skin care routine can pay dividends. It is suggested that a daily routine should be followed to get the best results. The general daily pattern should include cleansing, toning and moisturising. Exfoliation should also be done but not daily.
It is important to determine what your skin type is so that you can use the most effective products for it. Be aware that skin type can change based on foods that you eat and even the time of year.
Cleansing
This is done to clean the skin of dirt and impurities. If done effectively, it can not only remove the dirt but also permit the penetration of the skin of the effective ingredients of the products applied after cleansing. This is usually conducted twice a day and it is best to remember to use water that is not too hot and a non-harsh cleanser. It should be applied to the face for about 20 seconds. The cleanser should be removed by splashing water across the face for as many times as is necessary. The face should then be patted dry with a towel.
Toning
Toning is not necessary for everyone. It is only really required for those with exceptionally oily skin. Especially if it is still very oily after cleansing. If your skin is relatively clear after toning then it is not always necessary. A lot of toners contain alcohol. It is recommended that a toner is used without alcohol.
Moisturising
Moisturising is not necessary for everyone. If you have oily skin then a moisturiser is not required as the oils provide a natural moisturiser. The moisturiser should be applied after cleansing or toning. Gently massage into the face avoiding the sensitive skin around the eyes.
Exfoliation
This does not need to be a part of the daily skin care routine and in fact only really needs to be carried out once or twice a week. Exfoliation is the process of removing the dead layers of skin to reveal the fresh healthy skin below. It is a welcome addition to a skin care routine and can result in the skin looking a lot fresher.
