Hi there! I Know this answer is really long.! But trust me, it worked for me and hoping you too!
1.Drink plenty of water. It goes without saying that water is healthy for the body in many ways. It cleanses the body and flushes out harmful toxins. It has also been shown to improve the complexion and help eliminate acne. Drink at least 8 glasses a day to get the most benefit from it.
2.2
Make yourself a home remedy. Mix cucumber juice with the juices of lettuce, carrot or alfalfa and apply to your face. Leave on for about 10 minutes and rinse thoroughly.
3.3
Go out and buy yourself a tomato. Now crush it up and use its pulp by applying it directly on the acne. Let the pulp do its work for about a half an hour and then rinse it off with warm water. This is how to get rid of acne naturally without the expense.
4.4
Crush up some mint leaves to obtain their juices. Apply the juices on your face and leave on for a few minutes. You can also do the same with toothpaste; however, do not use the gel variety.
5.5
Avoid picking or squeezing your pimples. This will cause more acne and actually worsens your skin. Besides, this doesn't do anything to get rid of the problem.
6.6
Learn effective ways to manage your stress level. Acne breakouts are generally due to hormonal changes in your body, which is why so many teenagers going through puberty are affected. Make sure to get plenty of sleep and exercise as well. Learning how to get rid of acne naturally doesn't even have to involved the use of a product.
7.7
Mix water with baking soda until it turns into a paste, then gently massage it on your face for about 30 seconds. Rinse the scrub off thoroughly. This works as an exfoliate which removes dead skin and oil that causes acne. You can also use plain oatmeal for the same affect. Simply cook the oatmeal, let it cool, and apply to your face for a few minutes. The oatmeal absorbs the oil from your face.
8.8
Apply some tea tree oil directly on your acne spots. The tea tree oil will kill bacteria because it works as a natural antiseptic.
9.9
Take nutritional supplements that are high in vitamins A, B6 and B3 as well as zinc. You can also control your acne by eating healthy foods such as fruits and vegetables. Also, you should try to avoid caffeine and chocolate as much as possible. Not only does eating healthy help with acne but it also helps you maintain a glowing, vibrant skin.
10.10
Trying to figure out how to get rid of acne naturally doesn't have to be a problem for you any longer, simply by follow some of the tips above.
NOW! this is a daily basis. I Have noticed when i used paid proscriptions like proactive it makes skin blochy and even worse! Hope this helped muchly!
What’s the best aphrodisiac around? Feeling beautiful, of course. The extent to which you enjoy your body and your sexuality is directly related to how you think of yourself. We at BittenLip believe in taking the time to treat ourselves the best that we can, mind, body and spirit, even if we can only spare a few minutes at a time.
The greatest spas in the world know the secret to making people feel like a million bucks—simple, natural, fresh ingredients. We’re sharing some of the secrets of the world’s most exclusive retreats with these simple, at-home face & hair treatments that take minutes to prepare and will leave you feeling like the fantastic creature you are. Follow-up your treatment with a trip to your BittenLip toybox for a guaranteed pick-me-up.
Honey or Molasses Hair Treatment: Honey can do wonders for hair that has been damaged and mistreated by giving it back moisture, body and shine. It will also lighten your hair slightly, so we suggest dark-haired individuals use molasses. This treatment is ridiculously sticky, but completely worth it. And fret not, it rinses out of your hair very, very easily. Simply massage approximately ½ a cup of honey or molasses into your hair and leave on for 20 to 30 minutes. We suggest covering your head with a plastic shower cap or plastic wrap. When the time is up, simply wash and condition your hair as you do normally.
Sugar Scrub: Sugar is a great abrasive skin scrub. It both cleanses and stimulates the skin. Sugarbrasion is a sought after treatment at the world’s best spas. While washing your face with soap, simply add a teaspoon of sugar to the lather and massage gently into your skin. Rinse your skin with a mixture of equal parts lemon juice squeezed from half a lemon and equal parts water. Rinse with clear, cool water and pat dry.
Flouring: Many of Europe’s finest salons offer a treatment called “flouring”. Using a paste made of flour and water, this treatment smoothes down the hair shaft and makes hair more manageable and shinier. The results from this recipe are truly impressive, but removing the flour paste does take some time, and we suggest shampooing after rinsing. Mix together one cup of flour with 1 cup of water and stir well to form a smooth paste to dry hair before shampooing. Smooth the paste all over your hair and let sit for 10 to 20 minutes. Rinse your hair with cool water until the paste is removed. This may take from 5 to 10 minutes. Do not use hot water! It will make the flour paste even harder to remove. Shampoo your hair as usual and rinse well with cool water.
Old-Fashioned Oatmeal Mask: Oatmeal calms and nourishes the skin – it is rich in protein, potassium, iron, phosphates, magnesium and silicon. It’s ideal for individuals with sensitive skin because it is naturally gentle and mild. Choose the recipe that suits your skin-type.
For Oily Skin: (1/2 cup cooked oatmeal, 1 Egg White, 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice, ½ cup mashed apple)
For Dry Skin: (1/2 cup cooked oatmeal, 1 Egg Yolk, 1 Tbsp Honey, ½ Banana - Mashed)
For Normal Skin: (1/2 cup cooked oatmeal, 1 Egg, 1 Tbsp Almond Oil)
Mix your ingredients into a smooth paste. Spread onto face and leave for 15 minutes. Rinse face and pat dry.
Taking the time to treat yourself to one of these simple at-home treatments will contribute to whole-body enjoyment that we at BittenLip strive to promote. Treat yourself and compliment this experience with a toy from BittenLip and feel the lasting benefits of total body relaxation.
