I have the same problem! It drives me crazy.
1. Get more sleep (i know that sounds stupidly obvious, but it does help a little.)
2. Wear a sleeping mask with gel in it (buy at Ulta, keep it in the fridge during the day)
3. Use Clearisil eye brightner stick, it reduces puffiness and lightens the darkness on eyes. It sometimes leaves white residue behind which is annoying, but just use a tissue to remove.

Treat Yourself to an At Home Facial
Pampering yourself can reduce stress from your busy everyday life. You don't have to go to a spa in order to treat yourself. Enjoy the benefits in the comfort of your home with an at home facial. It is simple and will leave you feeling refreshed. Playing relaxing music will make the experience even better.
The first thing you should do is gather all of the supplies that you will need. If you have to stop to look for something you forgot, you can ruin the relaxation. You can use either sliced cucumbers or freshly steeped teabags and enjoy a cup of tea while doing the facial. You also want to clear an area to lie down while your mask is at work. Pull your hair up and use a headband to keep your bangs and stray hairs out of your face.
Cleanse your face with your normal cleanser. Make sure you use circular motions to get your face and neck nice and clean. Rinse well and pat your face dry.
In order to maintain smooth, healthy skin exfoliating is a must. Be careful not to get any of the products into your eyes. Apply in a gentle circular motion. When you are finished, rinse clean and pat dry.
Open your pores with a hot, damp towel. A couple of drops of essential oil on the towel will make this step even more relaxing. Get your towel and lie down. Place the middle of the towel on your chin. Then wrap the ends up around your face with only a small opening for your nose (you have to be able to breathe). Relax and let the steam open up your pores. When the towel becomes room temperature you are ready to move on.
You are now ready to apply the mask. Be sure the mask you are using is recommended for your skin type. Apply the mask while avoiding the mouth and eyes. Follow the directions to make sure you get the full benefits of the mask.
Once your mask is on get your cucumbers or tea bags and lie down. Place the tea bags or cucumbers over your eyes and relax.
Once the mask has been on for the recommended amount of time, use a warm towel to remove the mask. Make sure you remove it from your nose and hairline, as these are easy areas to miss. Once you have removed the mask, moisturize.
