I AM SO FAT!!! please help with weight loss?


Ok, I know I am just a teenager, and EVERYONE complains with the same problems in Y!A, but I want help! In baton (like gymnastics and dance with twirling) I get made fun of because my weight, and sometimes even my friends make fun of my weight. I try being happy but I feel so miserable because I am really short too with bad acne. I have a competition by December could I healthily lose 20 pounds by then? I need simple. Thank you everyone!

I feel bad for you, and I know how it feels when people tease you about an imperfection in your body:)
But don't worry! If you follow my diet plan, you will sooo be happy with your body. But you have to do this ALL the time, and it's actually not that hard. All you need is WILLPOWER. It's that something, that little angel on your shoulder that know when to tell you to "Stop! Don't eat that! What are you doing?" You know? Like if your craving chips or a bagel or something unhealthy, DON'T tell yourself to "Ah, go ahead, eat it, whatever..it will barely make a difference anyway." Make sure you NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER say that to yourself. That will kill your diet plan and you'll just give in. But NO! You cant do that because all your hard work will be wasted, right?
So, this is what you eat, and make SURE to always eat breakfast, and NEVER eat after 6:00 pm.
Here is what you do:

Breakfast options:
Rice/Corn cereal with fat free milk: (1 1/2 bowls)
Low calorie and low carbohydrate Protein Shake (Make SURE it has no more than 200 calories! and 0 trans and saturated fats!)
Oatmeal: (1 bowl)
Boiled eggs with half a peice of toast and vegan butter (Make sure you don't eat the center of the egg! It's soooo bad for you don't even know! Lol)
(so basically improvise will small meals, making sure the have NO or very little bread, nothing is fried, not to much sugar or salt and very little calories)

Lunch:
Whole wheat, low fat, sandwhich with lettuce, onions, tomatoes, 1 slice of low fat organic cheese and a few slices of low fat/calorie deli style turkey. (ONE sandwhich only, with some water! No other snacks!)
Salad with chicken bits: (NO sprinkled cheese or super fatty dressing! Dressing is sooo bad for you! It has so many calories! And never eat peanut butter! lol)
I peice of baked chicken breast.
Veggie wrap (take a totilla and wrap lettus, tomatoes and onions into it with some peices of bakes tofu)
Rice noddles with Terryaki sauce and bakes tofu

Dinner:
Veggie Soup (NO spaghetti, noodles, etc in the soup!)
Fish soup
(lunch alternatives)

So just make or find your own recipese and make sure NEVER to eat any of the following!:
Pizza
Clam Chowder
Donuts
Mac and Cheese
Bagels
Croissants
Spaghetti
Ice Cream (unless it's fat free)
Candy
White bread
Sugar filled juice

well i am a teenager

teeth: i have many teeth problems (diseases and stuff like that) so i have had to get braces..so I'm not worried about them

acne: i have really bad acne on my back..i don't wear tank tops and my hair is long and so it covers it up but now it's clearing up and I'm thinking about cutting my hair just now

fear of hair loss: never have really worried about that one

weight: sadly yes...i went anorexic for about two weeks...worst mistake of my life

breast size: i am a 34 B and i think it's fine...I'm very comfortable about it actually..i think that if you had to much you would get boys attention for all of the wrong reasons
