yes. but it depends on the brand of kojic soap. i buy mine from magic potions online shop and i love it. my skin is radiant and it does exfoliates my skin.

What type of powder or foundation can I get to make me look paler?
I'm pretty much pale already. People have said that my skin is like milk, but some of my skin, like on my arms and face, have all of these dozens of freckles that I hate. I know, I know, I should like my freckles and be glad that I have them, but I don't like them. I'm okay with having a few freckles, but very little, and I was wondering what type of powder if any would cover up my freckles and make me look paler, without seeming pasty or weird and would make my face look good. I don't get very much acne, I actually have pretty smooth skin besides the occasional blemish, so I don't really have to worry about that. Any ideas?
Also, I'm already the lightest shade on almost every powder and foundation line I can think of, but nothing I've tried gets rid of the freckles, so please don't say "get foundation/powder in a lighter tone"
