am i doing something bad? acne help?

iv noticed that i put SO MUCH effort into getting rid of my acne and all that happens is i end up spreading it like crazy! iv never had acne on my forehead but ever since i started trying really hard to get rid of it, its getting nothing but worse, my routine is this: i wash my face with warm water get a wash cloth and soak it in hot water and place it on my face then wipe it a little, then i wash with pan oxyl soap, then i use this glycolic cleanser, dry my face and put on a moisturizer. i dont understand why my acne is getting worse and worse, iv got random spots on my chin jaw line forehead, and cheeks am i doing anything wrong?
i agree with the second post, i have already tried pro active and the green stuff is way too much for my skin, all it does is make my acne red and dry.

stress can be one factor for you acne, your product can also be the reason. if you product has a large amount of alcohol in it, then its best not to use it because it dries your skin and creates more break outs. I just bought a new product called sensiclear. com and its great it all moisturizing, and refreshing. the best thing Ive ever tried and i have acne like you described. its good you wash your face, if you constantly get new products make sure you wait before using another product because if you use one product one day and another product the next day you skin wont know how to react, resulting more break outs. so try sensiclear. tell me if it works but what awhile before using it don't use products in the meantime. i hope i was helpful. don't use proactive if your skin is sensitive then you will make it worse. i tried proactive and it dries out you skin, especially that green liquid.
