Grains Cleanser Is there a natural way to moisturize dry skin without irritating your face?which is non-comedogenic?
i've been using 3 different medications for my acne prescribed by my dermatologist.differin, and i use a pea size amount, and face wash, and pills. My face has been getting really dry and flaky.i bought a non-comedogenic lotion that doesn't plog pores. I don't want to use cleansers with grains in them to remove the flakyness on my face before i add the lotion because it will make my face even dryer. the lotion i am using works but it makes my skin look greyish even after a couple of hours and the flakyness of my skin shows. my skin tone is deep tan. it has spf 15 in it which is good. is the spf what makes my face look greyish? If u have any suggestions on types of lotion i should use help me.
I use Penovia Natural Face oil every 2 days or so. It has a nice naturall scent and its good for your skin too. It works really well and keep my skin from getting dry and flaky.

Recipe for a Natural Colon Cleanser
Thinking about making your own natural colon cleanser recipe, but not sure what ingredients to mix together? We first should look at the purpose of cleansing the colon, before taking that next step. A clean colon is a healthy one, and is said to lead to a healthy individual.
Unfortunately, our busy lives lead to us making unhealthy choices when it comes to the foods we put in our bodies. We are in need of lots of water and fiber, and our bodies just aren’t getting those nutrients. Processed foods are consumed in their place, leading to undigested food that is left behind as toxic buildup on the colon walls.
Altering the diet to make healthier choices is the first step to getting a healthier colon. Including 25-30 grams of fiber each day is ideal, as well as about 64 ounces of water. There are easy ways of sneaking in fiber, such as adding flaxseed to cereal and using only whole grains instead of enriched flour products. Eating fruit with every meal is another way of increasing the fiber intake each day.
Herbs are another natural way to cleanse the colon. Aloe leaf, senna, garlic and cascara sangrada are used. They all contain a bitter plant that produces bile, which makes the bowel move faster. Natural supplements also can be taken, but make sure the pills are natural and do not contain any chemicals or side effects. Stay away from laxatives- those medications are meant to help with constipation on a temporary basis.
