Handmade Soap Acne how to get rid of acne at your back and the acne scars?
i would like to help my friend who has acne at his back and acne leftover marks.i would like to know what can be done at home without opting for chemical peeling and other stuff.can he use any scrub soaps?he has been using handmade soaps and soaps from biotique.would like to know what an be done to clear the back acne and the scars
High levels of sebum from sebaceous glands produces oily skin which attracts dirt and dust, clogging pores, causing acne breakouts.
In the shower tell him to use warm water (never hot) and wash with Body Clear body wash by Neutrogena with "salicylic acid" it treats and prevents acne, rinses thoroughly without drying out the skin.
Hot water and using cleansers to remove oil dehydrates the skin and causes oil glands to work at a frenetic pace to compensate for the loss of natural oils.
Every other day, after his shower, make a paste with oatmeal and lemon juice and massage on to his back and/or face, wait five minutes and rinse with warm water, it pulls out the oil, exfoliates, (removes dead skin cells) heals irritated skin and balances natural moisture, leaving skin clear and smooth.
(he will need yours or someones help for his back)
Use aloe vera or any moisturizing lotion with "alpha hydroxy", it unblocks pores, helps keep oiliness under control, exfoliates and evens out skin tone.
For acne scars break open Vitamin E capsule and apply to scars 2-3 times per day and take a daily Vitamin E supplement, it repairs connective tissue and collagen, taking Vitamin C, silica and zinc supplements speeds healing of damaged skin.
Drink plenty of water to hydrate the skin and flush toxins from the body.
Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables.
For sudden outbreaks, put toothpaste (non-gel) on pimples before bedtime.
(also tell him to try not to touch or rub his face with his hands/fingers and make sure his pillow case/pillow is washed frequently with laundry detergent that is free of dyes and perfumes)
