I used to have a lot of acne and now it's mainly gone. it's been gone for a while now but I was left with red spots. they have gotten lighter but are not nearly as gone as I would like them to be. They are not indentations. I am just wondering how long it will take for them to be almost completely gone without me putting creams and all that other stuff on. how long until they heal naturally?
