Good shampoo to avoid my hair fall?
Could anyone please suggest me gud shampoo among these three - loreal(for hairfall and should give shining and smoothness) or dove or himalaya herbals. I am using himalaya herbals for 4 yrs less hair fall was there but now my hair is falling like anything, so want to switch over, please advice, also can i use bore water for my hair or i should use only metro water. Also tell me gud perfume or deo.
Sulfate-free shampoos. Dove's skincare line is okay, but their hair products are actually very harsh and not good for the scalp or hair. They throw your pH levels out of whack and they contain sulfates and phosphates which will just make hair fall worse. L'Oreal has new sulfate-free lines that work very well, and they also lather more than most sulfate-free shampoos, and I recommend them. You can also try something like Coconut Milk, S Factor, Aubrey Organics, or anything else that you find that does not contain harsh ingredients
Try and eat more protein, stay hydrated, and if you want you can take supplements like Biotin or Hair, Skin and Nails. It won't make your hair grow faster as people seem to believe, but they do make your hair and nails grow in healthier so this might help with the hair fall
