Drug Test question. Please help!?
I have a drug test coming up and have yet to take the test. I have smoked marijuana for little more than a year once a day. I need to pass a laboratory test with less than .14 mg of thc in urine. The only thing I've done is smoke marijuana. I am skinny and have little fat, probably around 7% and began exercising everyday (running and core training) How long is safe if I continue to hydrate with water, take diuretics, and a golden seal system cleanser?
Someone who smokes everyday will have a hard time passing a drug test. It takes about 2-4 weeks to leave your body if you blaze that often. Having been on testing, i've educated myself on it. there are many ways to go about it. First, know that although working out helps, sweating is the key. Sweat, piss, and shit obsurd amounts and your body will flush it out quicker. Drink A LOT of water and cranberry juice is good too for getting it out. they also make cranberry pills which not only are healthy, but flush it out. On the test day in question, you could drink like 2 or three bottles of water before the test and your results will come out diluted and inconclusive. depending on the reasons and stipulations set fourth to why ever your on testing, the dialation may be consitered failing the test. that being said, they usually cant get you in further trouble for that.
most importantly, there are special drinks that temporarily work. Theyre expensive and are usually sold at stores that sell diet pills and protein shakes and shit like that. My favorite and most trusted is called Omnidrink although it tastes terrible. If your drink it all an hour or two before the test, youll pass. i dont know where you live or what stores they have there but here in boston there are stores like GNC or Vitaminworld that sell it. its only about 30 bucks
