Acne requires a multi-faceted approach. If you have acne clean your skin gently, ry not to touch your skin when your hands are not clean, and avoid the sun.
The three basics of acne treatment are to (1) unclog pores, (2) kill bacteria, and (3) minimize oil. Use mild exfoliating cleansers to unclog your pores. Use benzoyl peroxide to kill the bacteria. Get rid of oil on the surface of your skin by using a gentle toner. Generally drug store brands will do each of these things well. You don't need to spend a fortune.
These are all good basic skin regimens that may help with the acne battle:
Cleanse twice daily with a 5% benzoyl peroxide wash. An alternative for those who are allergic to benzoyl peroxide is 2% salicylic acid.
Apply a gel or cream containing 5% benzoyl peroxide; an alternative is sulfur or resorcinol.
At night, apply a spot cream containing sulfur to the affected areas.
Use a light skin moisturizer and oil-free makeup.
If you try all these approaches and it still does not seem to work, it is time to consult your doctor. You may need a prescription medication approach to deal with your acne.

Dermystique Moisturizing Sunscreen Spf 30’s Tips on Caring for Your Skin
/p>
Are you the type who has an active lifestyle? Are you someone who cannot afford to lock up yourself in the confines of your home just to evade from the ultra-violet rays emitted by the sun, then why should you? Besides, isolating yourself from the possible harmful effects of sun’s ever-increasing heat during daytime from 10 o’clock in the morning till 3 o’clock in the afternoon would not even help you to be healthy either. Enclosing yourself may also risk you to be Vitamin D deficient.
What should you do then?
If you are among those who care much about yourself, particularly on your skin, here are some tips from Dermystique Moisturizing Sunscreen SPF 30, which you might want to consider doing prior to exposing yourself for longer hours at the biting effect of sun’s heat.
Do Midday Trip!
If you work on field like a sales person, going out for appointments require you to do some meetings outside the office, more often than not.
Before proceeding to go out, maybe you could schedule your business meetings outside right after four in the afternoon.
Another way to ensure how harmful the sunrays is then do a shadow test. If you see that your shadow is shorter than you, then you have a choice to burn yourself under the sun. Remember walking around for a day’s work is equivalent to walking under the sun for 15 days. So imagine how harmful that would be to your skin.
Put on a Sunscreen.
DermystiqueMoisturizing Sunscreen SPF 30 is a pampering sunscreen that contains ten percent micronized Zinc Oxide. Proteins, antioxidants, and moisturizing agents that go with its ingredients will nourish and hydrate the skin from any of the damaging sun exposures.
Applying Dermystique Moisturizing Sunscreen SPF 30 into your skin, it allows you to stay under the sun’s heat for 450 minutes or seven hours and half long without getting burned or risking of having skin disease or cancer.
Cover Yourself and wear a hat
First put on your clothing that has high Ultraviolet Protection Factor or UPF.
To ensure sun protection for your skin the whole day, there are sun protective clothing that are already out in the market. Look for clothes that produce chlorine-resistant swim fabrics and technical leisure fabrics.
A UV protective clothing is an alternative or substitute to sunscreen lotions and sun block creams. As opposed to sunscreen lotions the protective clothing can shield you from the sun the whole day. Sun block creams can do so for certain number of hours and retouching or reapplication is required.
These are just three points you can consider in caring for your skin. Keeping these into practice may not be a total guarantee, but at least it lessens the risks of having skin disorders and skin cancers, too.
