Hydrogen Peroxide Acne Scarring
Hydrogen Peroxide Acne Scarring
can hydrogen peroxide help acne scars?
if so, how do i apply it?
You can reduce the look of scars from acne. here's how:
Step 1. Remove all traces of make up or dirt from face using a very mild cleanser.
Step 2. Pour a small amount of Hydrogen Peroxide into a dish. Immediately reseal the bottle, because hydrogen peroxide loses its effectiveness in the presence of light. Dilute the hydrogen peroxide with water if desired. Dip a Q-Tip or cotton ball into the hydrogen peroxide.
Step 3. Roll the soaked Q-Tip or cotton ball over the affected area ONLY. Allow the mixture to remain on your face for just a few minutes.
Step 4. Wash the area with the same mild cleanser from Step 1. Immediately follow up with a mild, natural toner like Witch Hazel or Rose Water all over the face.
Step 5. Always use a moisturizer of some sort after this treatment, paying particular attention to the areas where the hydrogen peroxide was applied. I recommend using 30,000 iu Vitamin E oil (it has a honey-like consistency) on those areas and using your regular moisturizer every where else.
I hope that this works for you

How to get rid of pink blotches from poping acne??!?!and has anyone tryed ZenMed Acne treatment?
I used to have the most beautiful clear skin. I have freckles and would love to show them off and I felt so cute. But now its a whole other story. I broke out about 8 months ago and it lasted for 6 months. During the time it was going away I popped the zits because they literally caused me pain. Now I'm left with tiny pink blotches, scars if you will, and they are horrible. My skin is discolored and gross now. It all just mixes in with my once cute freckles causing me to look like I have a skin disorder. Please help. Im desperate.
I've heard of a couple treatments. 1) Lemons or Hydrogen Peroxide on the discoloration daily. 2) Scarguard or Mederma. 3) Bleaching creams. 4) ZenMed acne scar treatment.
Are any of these useful? Please help!
Drinking water obssessively works well.
