Imperfections Blemish Control
Is it OCD? Another self diagnosis....?
My skin has always had imperfections no matter how clean i keep it or how much i steer clear of soda and chocolate. However, i make it worse by obsessively picking at it. I have also had this problem for years. i will do it when i am bored, anxious, etc. it leaves my blemished faced looking even more ridiculous, making the pimples into sores. i tell myself to stop but most times i can not, its like i'm not satisfied until ive made my face a mess. i am wondering is this a real problem or condition or should i just learn some self control?
i will also sit for hours and pick at anything i can find on my body, including my legs, arms, stomach, and even my scalp.

Physician Formula just came out with ToxTen and I'm pretty impressed with it. Should be able to help with your list of concerns. Also, go to the Bobbi Brown counter at a major dept. store and ask them to help you, that foundation is really impressive as well. Bare Minerals, I wasn't as impressed.
