How do I improve acne-prone skin that has aged prematurly naturally?

I am 27 yrs. old and my skin is looking prematurly old. I have wrinkles around my mouth and around my eyes. The overall texture of it looks bloated and just unhealthy. I think it's mainly due to all the stuff I've put on my skin to cure acne. The acne is under control but my skin is still pretty sensative.
