Parents, What's the WORSE advice you've ever received regarding your children?
Someone once told me to dab a urine soaked diaper on my infant's face to clear up baby acne.....GROSS!!
UNsolicited advice is the WORST advice to get.

baby rash on the face?
my infant has a rash on his face, it shows up sometimes then goes away..but it keeps coming back. Its red bumps and the skin gets really dry in the area.. i brought it up to the ped. and she wasnt at all concerned about it.. it sort of looks like baby acne but it just seems like it gets too bad to be that.. just wondering if anyone has the same thing with their baby or if you know what it is?? thanks.
its on his cheeks and higher up on his cheekbones.. and he is teething but its not around his mouth.
It could possibly be baby eczema. Try maybe some Eucerin lotion or maybe some Aveeno oatmeal lotion. My sisters kids have severe eczema and those lotions help alot without getting a prescription. Then again it could just be the baby acne. My lil boy gets the bumps where his pacifier sits on his mouth from all the slobber 
Try the lotion and see if it helps though. He gets dry patches like that in between his nose and I just lotion it. Make sure not to use a scented lotion though because the scents can make it worse! Hope this helps! Good luck!
