does anyone know a good product for post inflammatory hyperpigmentation?
i don't have acne anymore i just have the red/pink spots left (post inflammatory hyper-pigmentation) and i need to get rid of them
Raw shea butter in amazing for this, I know from personal experience. It's just about a cure-all for all kinds of skin problems. Shea butter is used in small amounts in some fancy creams, but they are such a waste of time. Just buy the pure stuff online, it's imported from Africa. For especially severe cases, partner it with Black Soap, another all-natural product. It is a wonderfully cleansing and moisturizing soap made from cocoa ash and plantain skins, its what cleared up my acne in the first place. I absolutely adore these two products, they replaced my shampoo, soap, body wash, even can be used for baby.

Beating Inflammatory Acne: The Skin Clear Challenge
Unfortunately, salicylic acid (2%) and benzoyl peroxide (ranging from 2.5%-10%) do not act remedially as spot treatments on my active inflammatory acne. Rather, I use these ingredients as preventative measures against acne formation. I have yet to find an effective fast-acting remedial anti-inflammatory for my acne.
