Is it possible to treat a sunburn before blistering or peeling starts?


I'm red in the face, cheeks, forehead, and even eyelids, and have applied 3 layers of intensive care lotion/moisturizer to the area (With the exception of the eyelid)

Is this sufficient? Can blistering, peeling, and other ugly, uncomfortable symptoms be prevented if treated early?

if you treat it right away intensive care well i wouldnt reccoment that but there are other methods like nozema cold cream or the wallmart brand is just as good as well as aloe vera gel which works totally well to stop from blistering

so run to wally world quick for 5 bucks u can save alot of pain and embarassment

My skin has become severely dry what could be the reason?


My skin has always been dry but never like this! Its almost like when your skin peels from sun burn. My intensive care lotion does not even seem to be working.

I have a healthy diet, drink 50 oz of water a day, take multivitamin, fish oil, ETC ETC.

Does anyone know or have maybe a thought on why my skin has taken such a drastic turn?

You will get a lot of opinions on here, but for a real answer based on your own personal situation, seek a dermatologist.

Try moisturizing lotions and soaps. Moisturize after showering and before exposing your skin to the outdoors.

Again seek a dermatologist to find out if you have a vitamin deficiency or a bacterial infection, etc.
