ANCE, Give OBAGI a try before LASER TREATMENT???
I am currently considering getting a N-lite or IPL laser treatment (still need to find out which one I would choose) for my (hormonal imbalanced, stressed, damaged) helpless acne and scarred skin...
I was doing a lot of research on the internet, some are saying that laser treatment wouldn't necessary work and this freaks me out cause I am seeing this as my last resort...
Also during the search I found the Obagi nu-derm product line. It sounds to my like a DIY chemcial peel, some said it need to be prescprited by doctors but I found out that you could just purchase in from the internet...
I was just wondering if I should give this product a try before splashing loads of cash on a laser treatment that might not necessary work...

YES you should give Obagi a try!
It really is an amazing line! The products are GREAT and do what they say.
You would want to try the Clenziderm line. That is the acne line. You can read about it here:

But you need to be seen by a doctor. It sounds like you might already be (the mention of the laser)

Eye Damage from IPL treatment?
I got an IPL treatment for roseaca back in December, ever since then when I turn my left eye to either side I see black dots. The technician did press the laser against my goggles (don't know which part of the laser obviously), and I saw dots while I was leaving the spa. I would really appreciate any information as to what happened, if the two things are related (I also have MGD), and what to do.

Did you speak with someone from the facility that did the procedure? That would be my first suggestion.
Secondly, I would see an optometrist as soon as possible for a complete eye exam to determine what's causing this problem.
