how come my acne starts clearing up then i have more pimples that come?
its so annoying just when i think my skins clearing up another breakout comes...im on alot of acne stuff nothing works for me im on a acne pill. i also have the tanda led light which stoped working how can i clear my skin up?? 
Maybe you're using too many things and your skin is overloaded. I used to have mild acne and when I started going to the derma I got more and more things to use, which actually just made it worse. (My face almost turned purple with inflammation).
I stopped using everything and started cleaning my face with a mild scrub, wash it off with clean water and a hypoallergenic soap, an alcohol free toner and top it off with a non-greasy face lotion. I Stopped using make up to cover up the blemishes. I put a clean face towel on my pillow every night. I get 8-9 hours of sleep and drink lots of water throughout the day. I still have occasional breakouts when I don't gently clean my face twice a day (don't over stimulate your skin either though).
Try to give your skin some rest for a month and see. If it still persists, try one "acne thing" at a time. Give it some time to work (about a month). If it doesn't do anything for you, wait a week or two before you try something new.

Bluelight acne treatment : light therapy may cure acne.
Acne may be cured by a simple light treatment, first developed to iron out wrinkles, as demonstrated by a study carried out at a London hospital. The Hammersmith Hospital in West London tested Low Level Laser Therapy normally used in private beauty salons on 30 patients who were suffering mild to moderate acne.
In a period of 12 weeks their acne had halved. Meanwhile, those on a placibo treatment showed no improvement. Findings show that those with the most severe symptoms displayed the most astonishing improvement, mostly within the first month of treatment. Under experts conclusions, this is significantly faster than most conventional antibiotic treatments, which can take as long as eight months to work.
The study showed that a single five-minute session could have a dramatic effect on acne for up to 12 months. Physicians used a treatment called pulse dye laser therapy in which the affected area is exposed to short bursts of blue light. The process had been used to combat wrinkles as it is known to stimulate the production of collagen.
Dermatologists who led the trial, explained that we were brought in to see if the anecdotal evidence worked in a clinical trial and we found out it was very successful. However, we still do not know exactly how it works and that is an area we are now working on.
The experts say that the treatment appears to be showing the same kind of efficacy as antibiotics, but without the potential side effects. What we need to do now is to see if it works as well on acne around other parts of the body, and work out the treatment which is most clinically effective. It would appear, therefore, at this early stage, that bluelight-acne treatment may work!
