Lemon Cleansing can i use B grade maple syrup in the master lemon cleanse?
instead of C grade? and how expensive is it?
Yes! You actually want to use Grade B because of the additional health benefits in Grade B. I tried this cleanse earlier this year and it really cleans you out! I purchased the maple syrup at a healthfood store for under $10. You are suppose to use fresh squeezed lemons, but I used a glass bottle of organic lemon juice (I think it was in a 48 ounce bottle). I had really good results with this cleanse. My word of caution is be SURE you gradually come off it. If I remember correctly, you need to drink orange juice as you come off it. Coming off the cleanse is probably just as important as following the recipe while you are on it (or you will really make yourself sick).

<Sudden Switch Over> I think I can assume that you are on solid food all the time. For a lot of people, shifting from solid food to the master cleanse diet suddenly will be too much to handle. It's too drastic.
Consciously or subconsciously, you'll be constantly reminded that you have not taken anything solid for a while. And it's not a comfortable feeling.
Instead of a suddenly switch, you can opt for a gradual transition. Begin with a meal of lemonade and progressively reduce solid food till you are totally on the Master Cleanse diet.
<Failure to Dealing with Hunger> This is closely linked to the earlier point. The first 3 days are the hardest to get by. There will always be strong temptation to eat.

What should you do? Avoid places where you can be tempted. And if the program you are watching is constantly reminding you of food, stop watching. Switch it off.

You can eat while on the lemon cleanse diet. Huh, what?
Yes, you hear me right! It's not true that you can't eat while on master cleanse. You can.
Of course you are encouraged not to eat solid food, but there's a list of "safe food" which you can consume without interfering with your body cleanse diet.

<Roller Coaster Weight Loss> On the average, you can lose 2 pounds a day. And mathematically it means that in 30 days, you can lose 60 pounds. Sounds like an easy way to shed weight?
But you may want to know that once you are off the master cleanse, in the same amount of time, you can put back everything plus a few extra pounds. What happen?
Mathematically, shedding 60 pounds looks easy. You just need to extend the body cleanse. The problem is, once you are in the body cleanse for too long, your metabolism start to slow down to adjust to your new diet pattern.
And when you are back to normal diet, the food intake is too much for your newly conditioned body to handle. Simply put, you can't metabolize as much calories as you used to do. And these calories turned into fats.
My recommendation to you is to stay on the master cleanse for 10 days max. That's the optimum number of days to experience the amazing effect of this internal body cleanse. Don't be afraid to go under 10 days or stop if you feel uncomfortable during your lemonade diet regime.
