Lot Cleansing Oil How can I stop shampooing my hair every day?
I hear that shampooing every day is extremely unhealthy and drying to your hair, and fades colour faster (I have my hair coloured black, don't want it to fade.)
So I want to shampoo every two or three days instead. Only problem is, my hair gets greasy if I skip a daily hair-wash, both because of natural oils, and because I use a lot of hair products to style my hair.
So, here's my questions:
Can I use just water to rinse out the products from my hair at the end of the day? Will that help cleanse the oils from my hair?
And if I don't use shampoo daily, can I still use conditioner daily, or will that create more oil/ buildup?
Are there any products I CAN use to wash my hair everyday without the harmful effects of most shampoos?
