Lot Salt scrub How do u make a home made face scrub?
I dont really have lots of materials, just milk, sugar, apples, salt, oranges, saop, peanuts, water, and ice cream.
hey im just going to put in some other things that maybe you didnt put in here so basically if you have them.. do it.. if you dont.. then forget them
get:
an egg.. maybe 2 but you probably wont need it
milk
lemon
honey
sugar
ice cube (or cold water)
i find it easier to just make everything first and then give yourself the facial rather than make stuff while you have stuff on your face that way you can relax
so first take the egg and just take the yoke and beat it until.. well you know what happens when you beat an egg right?
leave that in a bowl and then mix some honey and milk in a seperate container.. make sure that you put enough honey so that it stays on your face easier rather than just dripping off
now, cut a lemon in half and put some sugar on top of it.. just enough to cover it
lastly first boil a good amout of water and put it into a large bowl. put a small towel in there too so that you can clean off your face after each step
1.okay now, pin your hair up and stick you head in the bowl of water.. not in the actual boiling water o.o.. but right above it, cover your head with a towel and let the steam go at your face.. thatll open up and clease your pores a little. stay there for about id say 5-15 mins (listen to some music during this if you want so it doesnt get too boring)
2.then take the lemon with sugar and rub it all over your face. fell free to squeeze some juice out. the acid from the lemon helps clean the pores and the sugar helps with the scrubbing. leave the juice on your face for a few mins then wipe off with your wet towel.
3. take the milk honey mixture and apply it to your face. leave for 10-15 mins. milk is a natural healer.. so is honey and both should soften your skin. wipe with towel
4. apply the fluffed egg whites. this is part healer and part cleanser. also leave for 10-15 mins. (this step can go before or after step 3, your choice) rinse off with the hot wet towel.
5. lastly take an icecube and run in all over your face or dunk your head in some cold water. with will close up your now cleaned pores
This is somethign that i do when im at home and have an hour or 2 to myself on the weekends its probably not something thats best to do in a rush and you can leave out some steps if you want or just do one or 2 of them if you wish but i like this routine.

Back Acne Treatment Tips
Back acne, sometimes called "bacne. The term bacne refers to acne that occurs on the back. Bacne occurs on the back in the form of blackheads, pimples and spots and these can reach the advanced stage in the form of cysts. It occurs to people between the ages of 10 and 40 years. Back acne can be very severe, often times more acute than on the face. The skin on your back is thicker than the skin on your face and laden with sebaceous glands that produce a lot of that pore clogging oil, sebum. It can be a severe form when the lesions are large and painful. Most of the times, back acne is a hereditary problem caused by hormones. Also, perspiration and tight-fitting clothing are two of the most common culprits, which explains why many physically active people are plagued by back acne.
Tight-fitting clothing such as spandex, traps perspiration against the skin, and it then mixes with surface oils. Back acne can be prevent or treated like other forms of acne or blackheads. Don’t wear tight clothes. Try switching detergents to a more sensitive brand and washing your bed sheets more frequently. This may help reduce the irritations on your body and reduce your overall bacne. Wash the back with an anti-bacterial cleanser formulated for the face, such as Cetaphil. Exfoliation is a great way to get rid of dead skin cells that tend to build up on the back, buttocks and back of the arms. Accutane is used for very severe forms of acne. Use a sugar scrub (milder than salt scrubs) in the shower on a weekly basis. Wear loose, natural fiber clothing. Natural fibers, such as cotton, allow your skin to breathe.
