Lot Two If i stop lifting weight for about two months would i lose a lot of muscle mass?
I lift weights 4 times a day and I was going to stop lifting for about two months. Would i lose a lot of muscle mass or would i still have the same muscle mass that i have? Or would i gain more muscle when i go back to lifting because i let my muscles rest for? I weigh 160 and I'm 5 "5"
You will lose some muscle. How much you will lose depends on your diet. I would keep protein levels up, about 160 grams a day for your bodyweight. It should come back soon when you get back into working out.
