I know there's a lot of post similar to this, but i'm not sure which solution is perfect for my situation.
First, i've tried almost everything, from well known brands (neutrogena, spectro gel, avon) and doctor prescribed brands like Tersapeptic skin cleanser (worked well but it started to make my skin really dry around the cheeks).
-oily skin, mostly on the nose and forehead area
-blackheads over my nose
-pimples often show up on my forehead, chin and cheeks
-small bumps on my chin
-pimple scars on some spots of my face
I'm not sure what I should use daily, my doctor tells me to use pimple cream on a regular basis but i've heard not good to use it unless the pimples gets to a severe stage. I don't have a moisturizer, toner or skin lotion to use daily.
I want to know whats best for me. Whether i need a cleanser, moisturizer, toner and skin lotion etc. Please leave some suggestions! Something good and cheap. Post some brands, price, past exp, etc... Thanks in advance!
If you've tried everything, it might be time to see a dermatologist for a customized treatment program. I had terrible acne in high school and tried everything but in the end, sometimes the only thing you can do is see a specialist to determine the best solution... Remember acne is not just about bumps now, but also the acne scars that you will live with when you are in your 30s once the acne has cleared up.
Also, drinking a lot of water (at least 2L a day) can work miracles for clearing skin.
