What can I do against the breakout of acne pimples?


Hey everybody!
I suffer from acne for years. It's not a very severe acne, it's a medium strong acne but it really drives me mad from time to time.
I tried everything, every kind of cream and facial wash, I tried the dermatologists, which didn't help, I tried to get microdermabrasion but everything just helped temporarly and then the acne came back. So now my question is: I know that it just needs some time for acne pimples to heal, even if they are swollen in about 1 week they are almost invisible. But what can I do to protect from new breakouts?
I know maybe this has to do with my hormones, but is there something I can do to make sure that I don't have any acne breakouts no longer? I prefer home remedies to medication now, as I found out that this helps more.
And one more question: What can I do if I notice I get a breakout to stop it from break out completely?

If you want to get rid of pimples you got to know the science behind how they got there in the first place. This will help you get rid of it. You see, us humans shed dead skin cells every day. Sometimes double or triple dead skin cells form together by this substance (i forget the name.)This bind clogs the pores and forms the pimple. Oil is also a major cause of pimples. Get a oil cleanser and dead skin cell scrub. Once you clean the oil and scrub away those dead skin cells, the pimple will go away overnight. Hope i helped and best of luck to you.

Who had microdermabrasion adn where did you have it? Is it Safe?


I used a microdermbrasion kit, didnt do much for my skin other than making it soft..i want my acne scars to go away and even out my skin tone.

Has anyone done microdermabrasions from a spa or dermatologist? What were your results? Is i SAFE? What is the cost?? PLEASE ANWSER IT WOULD MEAN ALOT! :)
