How Do You Get Rid of Blackheads - Simple and Easy Blackhead Removal Tips
So how do you really get rid of blackheads, they always seems to disappear after a treatment then slyly turn up again a few weeks later. 1. Do not over wash your face, only exfoliate when you are taking a shower, more often than that will make your skin produce more oil and create more blackheads. Exfoliating your skin will remove dead skin cells which accumulate inside your pores and contribute to blackheads. Use very mild skin products including a cleanser and moisturizer.
2. Use a blackhead extractor after you shower, this will help remove any trapped oil. It is best to use after a shower when your pores are open and receptive, when your pores are closed it is harder to remove the sebum and will result in your skin getting cut or bruised.
3. Always remove your makeup before going to bed, leaving makeup on your skin can help the build up in your pores. Buy a mild makeup remover and use it before you do your nightly skin regime.
4. Change your pillow case often, by doing this you can cut down on the amount of oil that is transferred from your face to pillow. If you do not change your pillow case often oil could build up and transfer onto your face as your sleep.
