Should I use a toner on my face once or twice a day?
I have a VERY OILY T-zone. My forehead is also VERY OILY. My temples are 2nd oiliest, and my chin and cheeks are only a little bit oily.
I use Mario Badescu Botanical Facial Gel as a cleanser (it is meant for oily skin). I use this twice a day.
I have Mario Badescu Special Cucumber Lotion as a toner. It is meant for oily skin.
The question is this: HOW OFTEN SHOULD I USE THE TONER? Please help. Thank you so much.
toner can make your face oilier because it is overstimulating the oil glands in your face because toner makes your skin so dry. so youre not doing yourself any favors by over doing the toner.
instead, try getting oil absorbing sheets, and patting them onto your skin a few times a day. and use a loose powder to help control the shine.
