Microdermabrasion Acne Scarring

Can microdermabrasion help me to get rid of fairly deep acne scars?

Hey everybody!
I'm thinking about getting a microdermabrasion over my face. For some years now I suffer from severe acne scarring on my forehead. Will the microdermabrasion help against these scars? And is there any harm from it?

Basically, no.
The microdermabrasion is so very superficial that it won't affect the deep scarring that you have. You would need either a laser resurfacing or a deep chemical peel.
