Get Your HoMedic Microdermabrasion Kit
Home microdermabrasion kits allow you to clean, moisturize and exfoliate the skin at home rather than having it done professionally at a dermatologist's office or a spa. Many people that cannot afford professional treatments are buying the kits. Many of the systems automatically send you refills for your kits but with HoMedics there is an order form on the instructions and you order your refills when you need them.
The HoMedic Ultra can be used all year on sensitive skin and not only when the skin is least sensitive. The HoMedic Ultra microdermabrasion kit is not just for the face, it can be used on other parts of the body also. The system includes a rechargeable machine with attachments and facial creams that will let you cleanse, exfoliate, tone, refine and moisturize your skin. The attachments that are included are a cradle for charging, two additional microdermabrasion sponges, five attachments, an instruction booklet and microdermabrasion cream, facial cream and toner. There are extras included which include a plastic case for attachments and a nylon bag for the creams and anything extra.
When you begin you start by using the facial cleanser, which is unscented. Add the cleanser to the brush attachment and while the brush spins it is cleaning your skin. After the skin is cleansed put a thin layer of the peach colored, grapefruit scented, microdermabrasion cream on a sponge attachment and begin the exfoliation process. You should put dots of the cream on your cheeks, forehead and chin before turning the appliance on.
Begin slowly and increase the speed of the appliance when you are ready to do so. You cannot feel the exfoliating process but it is being done. Be sure to avoid the eyes while exfoliating. With a cotton ball apply the blue, lightly scented toner. You will notice that there is no dirt or oil and your face is clean. In the final step you will use the roller to massage the facial cream into the face. This is important as the skin may be dry after the microdermabrasion treatment.
Most people that have used the HoMedic home microdermabrasion system say they have benefited from its use. The price of the system is competitive at $39.99 and $12.50 for an additional four ounce jar of microdermabrasion cream and three more sponge attachments. It is far less expensive than other systems.
