L'Oreal has a microdermabrasion system they call ReFinish. ReFinish contains an ingredient that is designed to sooth and to protect the skin called Biosaccharide Complex. The Biosaccharide complex is a carbohydrate compound that is designed to act as a antibacterial skin agent. In cosmetic products Biosaccharide complex sooths, calms and protects the skin from inflammation and any irritants. The L'Oreal kit is called the ReFinish Chest, Arms & Hands Microdermabrasion Kit and supposedly works well against sun spots and stretch marks.
A home microdermabrasion system should only be used after you have completed treatment by a professional such as a dermatologist. When you buy your home kit be sure to do a patch test first to see how your skin will react to it. The patch test should be done in a place that will not show if there is any irritation, like i.e. behind the ear. If there are no side effects after you have done the patch test then use the microdermabrasion kit according to their instructions. If your skin is very dry or very sensitive than use it only twice a week. If your skin is not sensitive and is pretty normal than use it three times a week.
