‘Personal Skin Care' is a Routine
We all know the importance of 'personal skin care. The view on the way to (for personal skin care) differs from person to person. The first thing is a personal hygiene is 'refining'. Three components of cleaning products are oil, water and surfactants (wetting agents). Oil and surfactants extract dirt and oil on the skin and the water flushing at the time, what your skin clean. You may need to try a couple of clean-up before finding one that suits you best. Should always use soap free cleanser. You should also use hot water for cleaning (hot and cold water, or for damage to the skin). Be careful not to over-cleanse the skin and ultimately harmful to the skin in the process.
The second thing on the routine care for skin exfoliation. Skin follows a natural maintenance process because it removes dead cells and replaces them with new skin cells. Exfoliation is just a means to facilitate the skin in this process. The dead skin cells are unable to meet the personal care of the skin, but still consume these products, thus preventing them from reaching the skin cells. Therefore, removing dead skin cells is important for enhancing the effectiveness of all personal care products for the skin. Generally, exfoliation takes place just after cleansing. As with any procedure for the personal skin care is important that you understand how much exfoliation you need. Exfoliate 4-5 times per week for fat / normal skin and 1-2 times per week for dry skin / sensitive. Exfoliate twice as hot and humid.
The next thing the routine of skin moisturizers personal care. This is one of the most important things in personal skin care. Even people with oily skin need moisturizers. Moisturizer not only seals the moisture of your skin cells, but also attracts moisture (from air) in case of need. Using too much moisturizer can clog the pores of the skin and end up harming your skin. The amount of moisturizer needed by your skin will be clear to you in a week you use a moisturizer. Also the use of moisturizer is best when the skin is still damp.
The last thing on skin care routine is sunscreen personal. A lot of moisturizers (day-time creams / moisturizers) come with UV protection - so you can get the double advantage of them. Moisturizers are recommended for every day (whether sunny or cloudy).
Again, experiment with various personal care products for skin and also by the amount you need to apply. This gives you the best results are the best recipe personal skin care for you. But if you have some kind of skin dilemma, it is best to consult your dermatologist before you actually start to use personal care products.
