Can you use equate moisturizing lotion on your face?


It comes in a pretty large white pump container and its called equate moisturizing lotion for dry, sensitive skin. I have dry skin from all the acne products I have to use and so I need to put a moisturizer on my face. Will this work without causing additional acne? It says that it compares to cetaphil moisturizing lotion on the container.

I recommend cocoa butter. You can buy that Palmer's brand cocoa butter lotion. It's very moisturizing and it evens out skin tone. I've used it for years and it does not make me break out.

What is a good brand of face wash/moisturizer that will help dry skin?


i woke up this morning with a large dry patch under the length of my left eye. i itched it a bit and now its dry and flaky. how do i resolve this?please help!

When I get patches of dry skin I use Aquaphor from a brand called Eucerin. It's an ointment for dry skin, and it works pretty well. A lot of people use it for chapped lips, but I use it for my face too. I put it on before I go to bed and wash it off in the morning. If you want to try it out it should be available at your local drug store.
