Mosturizing Cleanser
If my skin feels dry after using acne wash, which of the following should I use to hydrate it?
I only have these>>
-mosturizing skincare deep hydrating cleanser ( Gusee)
-baby oil
-vaseline extra strength lotion (hydrates extra dry skin)
which one would be best?
You should go by a moisturizer ( a cheap but okay one is the dove one in a white bottle with blue cap, it has spf 15 i believe)
Use a gentle but moisturizing cleanser (biore drys out skin btw) this should help with your skin being dry after using it. As for the acne wash, try Murad (it's gentle and works/hydrates) or for cheaper use Clean & Clear Morning Burst (smells good, gentle, leaves face nice and clean but not dry.

Heres my big "Q" for Skin Care
When You Wash Your Face would this work instead of buying expensive skin care products??
Step 1) Wash Face with a Cleanser
Step 2) Use Sea Salt on your face to unclog pores
Step 3) Rinse off with Luke Warm Water
Step 4) Use Mosturizing Hand Or Body Cream to finish up!
Do You Think This Could Work?????????

Yes that would be mostly ok, I would really use a face lotion however. Hand and body lotion can be just a bit too hard for the sensitive skin on your face. Also make sure your cleanser and moisturizer are of the same brand so they work with each other instead of against. When you rinse your face be sure to wipe off with a warm wash cloth and not just water, a simple rinse leaves a residue on your face that can clog your pores no matter what cleanser you use.
