I break out with puss filled pimples


I keep breaking out with pimples on a daily basis. I wash my face 2 times a day. I moisturize daily after I wash my face. I eat salads, fruit, drink a bottle and a half of water daily. I still break out. I do not wear make-up because that breaks me out. I do not get too many blackheads, just the pimples that have whiteheads and the others that create large boils under my skin but never come to the surface so they can break with hot water. I use a facial scrub and then I use a mud mask to dry up the pimples so that the next morning they are gone. After all is said and done I now have a lot of dark marks on my face where the pimples were and they have been broken by the facial wash or the mud mask. What cleansers can I use to clear up my skin? I have tried Proactive--does not work, facials-- does not work, etc...

I always broke out no matter what I used. Then I started Yaz; its a birth control but is prescribed for moderate acne. My face is now clear 99.9% of the time and I use Differin gel (get a sample from your derm) for spot treatments. The face wash Cetaphil works well too.

Is this a good regimen to clear acne?


So I have some acne and I have tried a lot of products like neutrogena and clean and clear. Nothing seems to work. I would use Cetaphil sensitive skin cleanser and the spf 50 moisturizer as well the antibacterial bar for my body( I don't suffer body breakouts but im trying to prevent them). Any ways for a facial I would use Queen Helene Mud mask (i think its the green one)? For spot treatment i would use Mario badescu drying potion. But do Cetaphil products treat acne? thanks.
