Applying eye cream at age 14?

Is it okay to appy eye cream at age 14, I was planning to save some money to buy Murads Lighten and Brighten Eye Treatment Cream. (http://www.murad.com/eye-care/lighten-brighten-treatment.jsp)
Since I have really dark circles,bags and crows feet (wrinkles?) under my eyes due to staying up late to do homework and studying.

And if it turns out to be okay, are there any other good and effective eye creams for me to use to reduce dark circles, crows feet and such in a harmfree way? (and possibly cheaper than $67? lol) I know natural ways are to use green tea bags,cucumbers and potatoe....but its just not working so i planning to try some products.
