Natural Acne Pills
can you make me a natural daily routine for acne?
it has to be natural. no chemicals.
i want to see if this will work better
morning & night - what should i use & in what amounts.
what special things should i use a few times a week ?
i am also going to start taking zinc pills
Try the following routine for Acne skin condition (mild to serious case), you can use an Acne skin care range / brand which you feel more comfortable with.
In the morning,
1. Use an acne formulated cleanser
2. Use an anti-bacterial or tea tree toner
3. Use an eye gel
4. Use an comedone solution on whole face
5. Use acne creams on affected area
6. Use sun block for mild acne case. Avoid using a sun block and avoid sun exposure to speed up acne healing
7. Totally avoid make up
At night before bedtime,
1. Use an acne formulated cleanser
2. Use an anti-bacterial or tea tree toner
3. Use an eye gel
4. Use an comedone solution on whole face
5. Use acne creams on affected area
As for acne skin problem, do not over aggravate your facial skin. Painful acne can cause discomfort and itchiness. Therefore, do not use a facial scrub.
All you need to do is choose any day in a week, for example, at night before bedtime, apply acne face masque onto face after cleansing step, wash off face masque and continue with step 2 – 5.
You may also combine with doctor's prescription of antibiotics for acne problem and take Vitamin A supplements if your acne condition is serious.

How can i get rid of acne on my upper back without using prescriptive pills?
