Natural Cure Acne Scars

Question on mild Acne.?


I have recently developed some mild acne on my nose but otherwise my skin doesn't have any pimples and i've been really worried about this coz i've heard it can cause permanent scarring, and i'm the kind of person that doesn't like to put rubbish on my face, so i was wondering if their is anything natural i can use to get rid of these pimples or a method that would cure it coz the acne makes my face look worse than it already is!
The pimples aren't red, - My skin is a light olive colour and the pimples appear a quite brownish colour. But they're not large pimples and don't have puss in it

scarring from pimples is when people pick them (like with chicken pox) - don't pop them and you won't get scars, good luck - I've heard tree oil or something like that is good from one of my friends

Honey is another great natural ingredient to deal with acne. Honey contains antibacterial properties. The enzymes in honey also help to rejuvenate the skin. I know it may seem rather sticky just don't go kissing anybody as you might end up lip locked for a wee bit.

 

The next way to handle acne involves diet. Cut down on saturated and hydrogenated fats. Avoid over doing it on dairy and cut down on caffeine - if you can cut it out. Also avoid spicy foods. Drink plenty of filtered water and eat fresh fruits and veggies, Yes I know these are your favorites.
