Nature's Cure 2-Part Acne Treatment - Success Stories
i cant seem to get rid of acne!! any advise?
I've had on-going acne for a while and i've tried alot of stuff. I wash my face morning and night. I found out that salicylic acid makes my face worse. Right now I'm using nature's cure, a homeopathic tablet taken night and morning. Also i cant get pro-active becuase it's too expensive and I don't have enough money. Any advise?
I would love to know what you tried, what kind of make up are you using, how much water you drink, and if you are washing with hot warm or cold. Some people dry skin break out from a lack of water and moisture. If dry, use gentle cleanser and a good moisturizer. If you are combo skin, alternate between gentle cleansers and benzoyl peroxide. If you are very oily, use straight benzoyl peroxide. Salycilic acid should not cause a breakout. What it does is exoliate the skin, and then the impurities begin to come out (you sometimes get a little worse before you get better) Breakouts are either hormonal, like around your period, or due to an increase in testoserone, or they are from bacteria. Spot treat with a salycilic or benzoyl, cover your fingers with a tissue if you want to pop the lillte suckers, and use a hot towel to the skin first to open the pores! Sorry so long, but I did not know your case. Oh yea, if you wear make up, like mac ( "macne"), stop immediately and use a mineral make up!
