well half of my face is full of acne... its not gigantic but lots and lots of tiny little bumps at my forhead. i use neutrogena's oil free acne wash, clearisil vanashing acne spot treatment, and this 3 in 1 thing my doctor also recommended me using treintion. i also have acne scars. it doesnt seem like any of my acne problems are going away, i have like 2 weeks of spending time with this girl i like.... so when will this stuff start working!?!?!

they say it works and ppl usually give positive rewies about it so u can buy that but then again some ppl get even worse break outs by using proactive so thats one option.

Oxy has bin there on the shelf for a long time and ppl usually say it works and so far i havent heard any side effects of it.

i have it i didnt work for me but it may work for u its a cleanser or a fash wash as u say with a cream which u can use

this one is a soap and is made of herbal things i use it and its awsome

neem is awsome for acne get it as pills and make sure its an internal cleanser

Vitamins
get vitamin tablets cuz u need to take aALL ur vitamins cuz u never know whats helping what and trust me u NEED them.

my advice
clean ur acne from inside ur body meaning u have to mostly attack it from ur inner body. some ppl say the food u eat doesnt cause acne but i heard fried food and milk causes acne but then again thats only for some ppl on the other hand acne is like a poison reaction which has something to do with ur liver and if u eat fried food u will do soemthing which willl screw ur acne so avoid fried food such as frecnh fries burgers chips and stuff. eat healthy mostly vegetable and fruits if u eat spicy food try to avoid it. sleep 8 hours a day and another thing stick to one product dont use 2 or three products. if u r using a new product and finds break outs than that is normal cuz ur skin is getting used to it so dont think it aint working and change ur pillow covers and towels every week ok and good luck
