I like the scrub. It makes the skin feel cleaner. The cleanser works and is softer on the skin but if you break out a lot try the scrub it'll get rid of the dead skin cells when you "scrub" it into your skin.

Anyone tried the new Neutrogena Pink Grapefruit Acne Wash Cream Cleanser?
I'm currently using the gel cleanser or whatever (the one that comes with a pump and is clear; not the one with beads in it) and I'm wondering how the cream cleanser works compared to the others. And what's the difference between a cream and gel cleanser? Is the cream for drier skin and gel for oiler skin? And one last question (sorry! -_-) I like the pink grapefruit scrub, but is it too harsh to use that (b/c of the exfoliating beads) twice a day like recommended? Thanks! 
A cream cleanser is better if you have dry or sensitive skin or have problems with the other two types drying you out (itching and flakiness). And no, the scrub isn't too harsh to use twice a day, just make sure to follow use with a moisturizer so you don't dry skin too much and cause more breakouts. I used the scrub twice a day using the whole bottle and my skin was fine.
As for how well the cream cleanser works, it's too new to know for sure how it will work for anyone long term, but I've tried it twice so far and really like it. It tingles a bit and smells amazing (just like the other two). I prefer it to the scrub personally, but don't notice a great deal of difference.
