How do you get rid of acne scars?


Hey im just wondering how to get rid of acne scars. My scars arent severe or anything. My skin is nice and flat without any ice picked scars i just have redish spots where my acne used to be. If you were to run your finger through my face you would think that i have a clear face, so its nothing severe or anything

Any working advice would be great (obviously lol) Thanks peeps .

Plus i started to use the neutrogena 2-in-1 acne spot treatment with post acne fading medication. Any one use this? Recomend i continue?

And before i oput that on i use spectro jel for blemished skin to cleanse the dirt away from my face every morning + night. I am 18.

Treating Acne Scars
After an acne lesion has healed it can leave a red or brownish mark on your face. This is technically not a scar, it is called post inflammatory hyper pigmentation (PIH). PIH will usually fade on its own within a few months. But any skin discoloration still present after one year is considered to be a scar.

Encouraging PIH to fade more quickly can be accomplished with certain natural remedies. As well as with the use of commercial products formulated specifically for this purpose. Lets take a look at some of the natural treatments readily available at your local grocery or wholistic market.

Rose hip oil: The Retinol found naturally in Rose hip oil assists with cell regeneration, and promotes an increase of collagen and elastin levels.
